With Hypnosis we are working with the subconscious mind. It is important to know that our subconscious mind keeps all our beliefs, habits, emotions and feelings. Sometimes your subconscious holds false beliefs, habits, inadequate emotions, unwanted thoughts and feelings that make you respond in negative ways that impoverish our current life and make us feel inadequate.
